An Evening of Print Animations

NO MOVING PARTS: A Screening of Time-Based Prints
Hanes Art Center Auditorium
Programmed by Jerstin Crosby

For those who wish to come early, PDD:DIY begins with an evening screening of print animations, organized by Brooklyn based artist Jerstin Crosby. The works in this screening represent various experimental approaches to the narrow field of time-based prints, including film, animation, documentation and traditional process based printmaking techniques. The screening includes some of Jerstin’s recent animated screen prints and will be followed by a Q&A about his ideas and process.
Work by: Roger Beebe, Rob Carter, Jerstin Crosby, Scott Fitzpatrick, Kakyoung Lee,  Shaun Slifer and Josh Tonies.
